The Punting Ace Dutch Book Calculator
Entering the odds of the selections
When dutch betting more than
one selection in an event, the PuntingAce dutchbook calculator
will scale each bet according to the odds that are entered
into the program. The program can accept up to 10 selections
in an event, but normally there will be fewer than this.

The odds for each runner are
entered into the boxes as indicated with the larger red circle
above. You may type the odds directly into these boxes using
the
keyboard,
or
you
may
use the up
and
down arrows
to scroll the prices up and down.
As you change the odds, the
program will automatically recalculate the amount to bet
on each selection to ensure that your target is achieved.
The amount to bet is also indicated above to the right of
the odds boxes.
You may use the TAB key or ENTER
key to move from one box to the next in sequence, or you
may click into each box separately using the mouse.
If you do not wish to have 10
selections, then simply enter 0 as the odds for any non-required
runners. There is also a "reset" button at the bottom of
the column of odds boxes which will reset all runners to
zero.
Saver bets.
When betting to outlay a set amount, the
PuntingAce dutchbook calculator will allow you to specify
any number of the selections as being saver bets. Simply
tick the 'saver' option as shown here, and the program
will automatically adjust the bets as required.
Please note that the 'saver' option only
appears when the dutch style is set to 'outlay a given
amount'.
